Are the dresses genuine designer dresses?
- Yes, all the dresses we have are genuine, are from leading designers. They are either brand new or ex-samples or once-worn gowns. You can only see the wedding dress pictures taken by us, due to copyright. The pictures don't do justice, so please feel free to visit us to try the dresses on.

Are all the dresses second hand?
- No, we do have brand new, never worn and ex-sample wedding dresses as well.

Are the second hand wedding dresses in good condition?
- Yes, all the second hand dresses are in good condition, had been dry-cleaned and they are ready to be worn again.

What if the dress I choose doesn't fit ferfectly? Can you alter it?
- Yes, we can recommend you a very experienced seamstress who can alter the dress for you.

What sizes do you stock?
- We do try to stock a wide range of sizes, usually we have size 6-20 dresses.

Can I wear make-up when coming to try the dresses on?
- We would like to ask you, please not to wear any make-up when coming to try the dresses on, to avoid the dresses getting stained.

Do I have to book an appointment to come and try the dresses on?
- Yes, we would like to ask you to please book an appointment to come and try the dresses on, so every bride-to-be could get a one-to-one attention.

Is there parking near you?
- Yes, there's free parking on our street and there's always lots of parking space.
